    2. In relation to what you know about yourself - i.e. through experience<\/li>\n
    3. To feedback received from people you respect<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Use career assessment results to:<\/b>\n

      1. Inform (vs. replace) your current understanding of yourself<\/li>\n
      2. Form new questions about: who you are, what is possible, and what career direction(s) to explore or pursue<\/li>\n
      3. Inform your next career development steps<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Write down action steps <\/strong>that will help you test, confirm, rule out, or build upon career assessment results.<\/li>\n
      5. Review your assessment results at a later time <\/strong>to gain additional insights and\/or get back on track.<\/li>\n
