Bookends Kick-Off: Food Rules

Bookends, a collaboration between 911±¬ÁÏÍø and , is an intergenerational book group with a focus on discussions that are based on different backgrounds and perspectives as a means to bring our community closer together—open to anyone 13–130! Join us to read Food Rules by Michael Pollan, an “eater’s manual” designed to help people navigate the confusing world of modern nutrition (also suggested—In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto for those who would like a deeper dive. This is a preliminary meeting for anyone who would like to be paired with a reading partner in advance of our full book group meeting in August. RSVP please!

Join us for an informational presentation about our unique outdoor adventure programs: a 2-year degree in Adventure Education and 1-year certificate in Outdoor Leadership. 911±¬ÁÏÍø has been training students to become working outdoor professionals since 1980. Our graduates are highly sought after throughout the outdoor recreation and adventure education fields in Massachusetts, New England, and across the United States. so we know to expect you!
