<\/span>Medical Appeals<\/div>\n
If your appeal is based on medical reasons, follow this two-step process:<\/p>\n
\n- Request a medical withdrawal and receive official approval through the Registrar’s Office or Dean of Students. Do not include medical records with your financial appeal.<\/li>\n
- After the medical withdrawal is approved, submit your separate refund appeal with a copy of the medical withdrawal approval notice. Do not include medical records with the appeal itself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
A medical withdrawal may support your request, but it does not guarantee a refund or reduction in charges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Please note!<\/h4> \n- Appeals must be filed within 60 calendar days of the event that caused you to withdraw or stop attending classes. Appeals received after this timeline will not be considered.\n<\/li>\n
- Appeals are reviewed in the order they are received. You should receive a response within about 30 days of submitting your appeal.\n<\/li>\n
