The following rates apply to Massachusetts state residents and to all students taking evening, online, summer, and intersession courses, regardless of residency. Please refer to our An in-state resident is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who has established and maintained continuous residency in Massachusetts for at least six months immediately prior to enrollment. Proof of residency and intent to remain in the state is required.<\/p>\n Through the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), 911±¬ÁÏÍø allows eligible students from other New England states to attend at a reduced tuition rate. These students pay 150% of the Massachusetts resident tuition rate, which is lower than standard out-of-state tuition.<\/p>\n To qualify, you must:<\/p>\n If you do not qualify for in-state residency or New England Board of Higher Education, you will be charged the out-of-state rate.<\/p>\n
