<strong>current high school seniors<\/strong> with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and<\/span> a B or better in their first semester\/quarter of senior year English can place into <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/ENG101\">ENG 101<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Students <strong>currently in high school<\/strong> or who <strong>graduated high school within the last three (3) years<\/strong> can place into any of the following by providing a high school transcript that shows a B (83) or better in Algebra II, IMP 3, IMP 4, Pre-calculus or Calculus and a high school GPA of 2.7 or higher.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content_block\" id=\"custom_post_widget-1508\"><ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/MAT117\">MAT 117 Mathematical Problem Solving in Liberal Arts<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/MAT120\">MAT 120 Mathematical Problem Solving for STEM, Business and Healthcare<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/MAT114\">MAT 114 Introduction to Statistics<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/MAT116\">MAT 116 Mathematics for Early Childhood and Elementary Educators<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-lightbox-content su-u-trim \" id=\"hiset\" style=\"display:none;width:auto;min-width:50%;max-width:75%;margin-top:40px;margin-bottom:40px;padding:40px;background:#FFFFFF;color:#333333;box-shadow:0px 0px 15px #333333;text-align:center\">\n<p>Students place into <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.gcc.mass.edu\/courses\/ENG101\">ENG 101 English Composition I: Expository Writing<\/a><\/strong> if their GED English &amp;
